Is this rent-to-own?

No. Rentals only at this time.

When do I pay monthly rent?

$40 is due on the 1st of each month.

Do you prorate if I start mid-month?

No. Monthly rental begins on the next 1st.

Do you rent gas dryers?

No. Electric dryers only (no gas).

How fast can you deliver?

We typically offer same-week delivery for most orders. In many cases, we can deliver within 2-3 business days depending on your location and availability.

Do you install?

Yes! Professional installation is included with all rentals. Our team will handle all connections and ensure everything is working properly before we leave.

What payments do you accept?

We currently accept Cash App and Venmo only. Customers must have Cash App or Venmo to make payments.

What do I need before delivery?

You'll need a cleared laundry area with access to a standard 120V outlet for the washer and a 240V electric outlet for the dryer, plus proper drain connections.

What if it needs service?

We provide local service and support for all our rentals. Just give us a call and we'll schedule a service visit to address any issues.

Do you service the Kansas City area?

Yes! We serve the entire Kansas City metropolitan area, including both Kansas and Missouri sides. Call us to confirm service in your specific location.
