Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you submit a rental inquiry, request service, communicate with us, make payments, complete Rental Setup, or use our website. This may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, rental needs, dryer outlet details, payment-related records, delivery notes, service notes, uploaded setup photos, and messages you send us.

If you submit an operator-software early-access request, we may collect your contact name, email address, optional phone number, business or proposed-business name, location, business stage, fleet-size range, current tools or operating method, website, and message details so we can evaluate fit and respond to that request.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare Rental Setup packets, verify rental details, schedule delivery or service, manage rental agreements, process and reconcile payments, provide customer support, maintain business records, improve our service, and comply with legal or carrier requirements.

Operator-software early-access requests are used only to review interest in the operating software and contact the submitter by email or phone when appropriate. Submitting interest does not create an account, guarantee early-access acceptance, or open public self-service signup.

Google Contacts Integration

An authorized company administrator may connect a Google account to KC Washer Dryer Rentals so business lead and customer contact information can be synchronized with Google Contacts. When this integration is connected, the application uses the Google People API only for the contact-sync features authorized by the administrator.

Google Contacts access may be used to create or update business contact records, reconcile existing contacts, and keep names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, and KC Washer Dryer operational contact information synchronized with the connected Google account. We do not use Google Contacts data for advertising, sell it, or share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Google OAuth credentials used to maintain the connection are stored securely by the application. An authorized administrator may revoke the connection through Google account permissions or the KC Washer Dryer Rentals application. Revoking access stops future Google Contacts synchronization. Business records maintained separately in the KC Washer Dryer Rentals system remain subject to the retention practices described in this policy.

SMS And Mobile Information

If you choose to receive text messages, we use your mobile number and SMS consent information to send transactional messages about your inquiry, rental setup, verification, delivery, payments, and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent are not sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate messaging, customer support, payment, delivery, and business systems for APR Property Solutions d/b/a KC Washer Dryer Rentals.

Service Providers

We may use service providers for website hosting, email, SMS delivery, payment processing, scheduling, file storage, analytics, Google account integrations, and business operations. These providers are allowed to use information only to provide services to us or as required by law.

Retention

We keep business records for as long as reasonably needed for rental operations, customer service, accounting, dispute handling, compliance, and legal obligations. SMS consent records may be retained to document opt-in and opt-out history. Integration and sync records may be retained as needed to operate and troubleshoot connected business systems.

Your Choices

You may contact us to update your information or request help with your rental records. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Authorized administrators can revoke connected Google account access through Google account permissions. You can also contact us by phone or email using the information below.
