First-month billing

How prorated rent works

First-month rent is not charged day by day. We use three simple start-date tiers so the startup cost is easier to understand.

Billing Basics

Starting Your Rental

The $80 setup/delivery/install fee is due at delivery.

First-month rent follows the date tiers above: $20 for starts on days 1-14, $10 for starts on days 15-20, and $0 for starts on day 21 or later.

Regular monthly rent is $40 per washer/dryer set and is due on the 1st.

Monthly Due Date

Monthly rent is due on the 1st.

A grace period runs through the 5th.

After that, we may contact you about payment or pickup scheduling.
