How prorated rent works

Delivery-month proration is not charged day by day. We use simple start-date tiers for the delivery month. That prorated amount is due on the 1st of the following month, and regular monthly rent starts the month after that.

How to Read the Proration Calendar

The calendar is meant to make startup billing predictable before delivery is scheduled.

The $80 setup, delivery, and installation fee is due at delivery.

The delivery start date decides the one-time prorated amount for that delivery month.

That prorated amount is due on the 1st of the following month.

Regular $40/month rent starts the month after the prorated amount is due.

At delivery: $80 setup fee due at delivery

Next 1st: $30 delivery-month proration due on the next 1st

After that: $40/month regular rent starts the month after that

At delivery: $80 setup fee due at delivery

Next 1st: $10 delivery-month proration due on the next 1st

After that: $40/month regular rent starts the month after that

Start on day 27

At delivery: $80 setup fee due at delivery

Next 1st: $0 delivery-month proration is waived

After that: $40/month regular rent starts after the startup billing period
