Common Questions
What operators usually need to know first
Early access is live for requests, but access is still reviewed manually. These answers keep the product positioning clear without implying instant signup or finalized pricing.
What is washer and dryer rental software?
It is software built around the operating lifecycle of a washer and dryer rental business: inquiries, customer records, setup, agreements, inventory, delivery, payments, service, pickup, and closeout.
Who is this for?
It is for existing washer and dryer rental operators and serious future operators who want a more structured way to run the business.
Is the software available now?
The system is live inside KC Washer Dryer Rentals. External-operator access is guided and manually reviewed through the early-access request process.
Does requesting early access create an account?
No. Requesting early access submits interest for review only. It does not create an account, provision a tenant, or approve dashboard access.
Can new operators use it?
New operators may request early access if they are seriously preparing to run a washer and dryer rental business. The review process is meant to confirm fit before any onboarding is considered.
Can existing operators migrate into it?
Existing operators can describe their current workflow and rental inventory during early-access review. Migration support is not self-service yet and would be handled carefully if a fit is approved.
Does it process payments?
KC's internal workflow includes payment links, recurring payment visibility, and ledger tracking. External payment setup is still part of the guided readiness work.
Does it manage inventory?
Yes, the internal KC workflow includes washer and dryer inventory records and machine assignment. External operator inventory setup would be reviewed during onboarding.
Does it handle repairs?
The operating system includes service and repair workflow so repair context can stay connected to customers, rentals, and machines.
Is there a long-term contract?
Published contract terms are not available yet. Early-access participation, if offered, would be reviewed and agreed before onboarding.
What does early access mean?
Early access means a guided conversation and possible manual onboarding for a limited group of operators while external-operator readiness is prepared.
Is pricing available yet?
The pricing page shows working early-access targets, but final self-service checkout plans are not open yet. Pricing is still reviewed around operator fit, workflow scope, onboarding needs, and support expectations.
Is this the same as KC Washer Dryer Rentals?
KC Washer Dryer Rentals is the operating rental company where the system was built and proven. The software area is for operators interested in the system behind that business.
Will this become a separate software company or product?
The public product brand is Rivet. KC Washer Dryer Rentals remains the operating company where the workflow was built and proven.
Have a rental workflow worth reviewing?
Use the early-access request form to describe your operation or launch plans. The request will be reviewed manually.
